I have been working with amateur and professional athletes for over twenty-five years as a sport psychology coach, soigneur and mechanic on the UCI World Tour and World Cup and in World Championship competition, the Tour de France VTT, the Tour of California and the USA Pro Cycling Challenge.

Through my experience with elite-level endurance athletes, who must constantly manage tremendous physical and psychological pain, I have learned first-hand what it takes to be a champion and consistently perform at the highest level of sport. Athletes must overcome the negative internal dialogue that has the potential, if not handled effectively, to limit performance. But more importantly, they must create a healthy, sustainable life balance—developing identity, meaning and purpose outside of sport. Supportive relationships, emotional intelligence and adaptability all contribute to a strong foundation from which to build.

.I have worked closely with some of the top cyclists in the world including Tour de France Champions, World Road and MTB Champions and Olympic medalists.

From Division 1 college lacrosse to running, cycling and skiing events, competitive athletic participation has always been a part of my life, including being a two-time USASA National Alpine Masters Snowboard Champion.
